1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any Uvron AI product ("Mission Packs"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.

2. Products

Uvron AI sells pre-made digital downloads — specifically, AI agent pipeline packages ("Mission Packs"). Each pack contains agent configurations, workflow definitions, skill files, and documentation.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Install and use the purchased Mission Pack on your own machines
Modify the pack for personal or internal business use
Use outputs generated by the pack commercially

You may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, or share the pack files with third parties
Claim authorship of the original pack content
Use the packs to create a competing product

4. API Keys & Costs

Uvron AI packs require your own AI provider API keys (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI). You are solely responsible for API usage costs incurred while running the pipelines. Uvron AI does not host or proxy any AI API calls.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for digital downloads.

6. Disclaimer

Uvron AI products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the packs. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication or business use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uvron AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
